THE LAST TEACHING OF MAESTRO MIGUEL (SHORT DOCUMENTARY, 2017, 6:30 min)

Maestro Miguel was born into a farming family near Concepción in Bolivia. He worked as a bricklayer until he met a Jesuit architect who taught him woodcarving techniques. Since then he has been teaching woodcarving and restoring decayed 18th-century churches in the Bolivian Amazon region (Jesuit Missions of Chiquitos).
